Digital printing

Large format printing

We have machines with various characteristics, in solvent, ecosolvent and UV technology.

We produce banners, meshes, posters (billboards, citylights, wallpapers and other), printed self-adhesive films (white, transparent, perforated, cut-edge stickers, etc.), stands, tripods, roll-up media, flags, etc. We print images in limitless formats. Graphics consisting of several panels are combined into mega surfaces.

For external applications we use a machine equipped with a modern set of heads with one of the lowest in this class ink drop volume of 15 pl. This allows the reproduction of details so small that it is difficult to even see them. Thanks to the use of 8 printheads, we gain double speed and are able to print a total of up to 2,500 sq m of substrate per day, which significantly increases our efficiency and shortens delivery times.

Highest resolution printing

Highest photographic quality printing. For the most demanding customers: the recipients of the service are most often artists, architects and institutions of culture and art. From the available palette of materials, the most important are: papers up to 220 g/sq m in gloss or matte finish, canvas, photo wallpapers, films.

Extended colour space in 10-colour printing: Printing is based on extending the C+M+Y+K ink set with lc+lm+gy/lk light shades and orange (Or), in combination with white (Wh) and metallic (Ms). This solution not only significantly extends the reproductive colour space (gamut), but also gives the possibility of more accurate reproduction of spot colours (including PANTONE), bypassing their conversion to CMYK colours. All this allows the implementation of low-cost orders in colour configurations, until recently available only in pigment and offset technologies.

Natural skin colours in 10-colour printing: The ink system in the configuration with light shades (lc+lm+gy/lk) and orange (Or) gives new possibilities in the accurate reproduction of natural colours of human skin. Exemplary quality in portrait photography reproduction.

Perfect shades of gray in 10-colour printing: By printing with light shades of inks (lc, lm), and in particular by using gray ink (gy/lk), it is possible to achieve flat colours and smooth tonal transitions not available in competitive ecosolvent and latex solutions.

Printing with metallic colours and cutting along the contour: the ability to print with a metallic colour palette (Ms+colour) allows you to enter completely new areas of visual communication. Drawing on this technology is limited only by the creativity of the graphic designer, but the most common applications of this type can be found in decorating, interior design, as well as in visual identification systems and more widely in company materials as accent elements. Plotter cutting along the print outline or other specified path finds application in film wrapping of windows, vehicles or in the production of self-adhesive stickers.

Exposure of prints based on GSX inks: Eco-friendly GSX inks are odourless. They do not contain nickel, so they are safe for health and the environment. They were marked with “Nordic EcoLabel” (Nordic Swan). Printouts based on these inks show resistance to UV rays. They can be used even where strict sanitary requirements are expected, e.g. in kindergarten rooms or in gastronomy.

Unlike latex printing, the solution based on GSX inks is also ecological due to low energy consumption. This, combined with the larger range of media available in this technology, reduces printing costs.

UV printing

Direct printing on all materials, including rigid materials.

UV-curable inks form a thin polymer film that is resistant to weather conditions. UV printing does not require lamination to protect against mechanical damage.

Exemplary role substrates: textile materials, canvas, paper, self-adhesive films, vinyl materials (banners). Examples of rigid substrates: PCV, Plexiglas, glass, dibond, MDF, cardboard, cartons and others.

The most common applications of UV printing: architecture, interior design, decoration, signage, outdoor advertising (boards, signs, cubes, stands, displays), gadgets, packaging.

Advertising studio

CNC milling / cutter

A very comprehensive machining offer for a wide range of materials.

Technology used e.g. in advertising: signboards, light boxes, letters and spatial forms, logos, visual identification systems, shelves, displays, packaging. Ideal in innovative processes and unit batches – due to its quick implementation, it supports creative thoughts and custom technical solutions. Similarly in the architectural and decorating industry: we carry out orders bordering craftsmanship and modern art: furniture, wall decorations, accessories.

Examples of processed materials – plastics: acrylic (Plexiglas, PMMA), polycarbonate (PC), PVC; solid wood (all species); wood-based raw materials – e.g. MDF, laminated board, plywood; soft metals: e.g. aluminium, copper; composites: e.g. dibond, solid surface; foams – e.g. kappa, gator foam; rubbers and seals; corrugated cardboard; honeycomb cardboard; paper, foil and much more.

CNC bender

Automatic bending machine for block letters.

It enables fast and precise execution of components of spatial signs.

It is characterized by precision of operation and high work efficiency.

Thanks to the small bending radius (10 mm) it also gives the possibility of aesthetic execution of channel letters of small dimensions.

Tapes are available in many types (smooth, profiled), widths and colours.

The most common applications of CNC bending machines: signs made of lettering / signs without a background (with the option of backlighting), signage of buildings, visual identification systems, architecture, interior finishing, decorating.

CO2 laser plotter

An offer of processing a wide range of materials using a CO2 laser.

An alternative to traditional machining with the help of a CNC milling machine / cutter – greater accuracy and the possibility of machining elements of small dimensions without the risk of their movement during operation.

The most common types of processing using a laser plotter are: cutting, engraving and marking.

The range of processed materials is also very wide: acrylic (Plexiglas), wood and wood-based materials (e.g. plywood, MDF, HDF, cork), glass (e.g. glasses, vases, bottles, plates, mirrors), engraving laminates (e.g. plates , markings, panels, key rings), metals (steel, non-ferrous metals), leather, stamps and seals, textiles, papers (e.g. cardboard, cardboard, card stock).

The most common uses of a CO2 laser plotter: architecture, interior design, decoration, building markings, advertising, gadgets, personalized gifts, packaging.
