graphic design of exhibitions

Professional graphic design of exhibitions determines the attractiveness of each exhibition. We create coherent visual concepts adjusted to the exhibition theme and the Client’s strategy – from the first sketches to the finished installations. Our projects combine aesthetics and functionality. We prepare unique graphic materials (boards, graphics, information panels) and exhibition structures (walls, display cases, cubes, totems), using modern large-format printing technologies (prints on dibond, acrylic, PVC, canvas, etc.) and precise cutting (CNC milling, laser cutting). Thanks to this, each exhibition – museum, educational, corporate, outdoor or temporary – gains an attractive appearance, a clear message and lasting quality. Our team of specialists takes care of each stage of implementation, guaranteeing solid execution and timely assembly at the exhibition site.

graphic design for various types of exhibitions

  • Museum exhibitions: When arranging historical or art exhibitions, we focus on elegant aesthetics and precise printing. We design graphics consistent with the nature of the collection, and we select materials so that the exhibits are safe.
  • Educational exhibitions: We create attractive messages for children and young people – colourful illustrations, information boards, interactive stations. Our projects teach and engage: clear infographics and friendly typography facilitate the acquisition of knowledge, and consistent leading motifs lead throughout the exhibition.
  • Company and corporate exhibitions: For brand and trade fair exhibitions, we implement a setting consistent with the company’s visual identity. We design walls and roll-ups in company colours and style, presenting products or achievements of the company. Thanks to this, the exhibition strengthens brand recognition and builds a professional image.
  • Temporary and event exhibitions: For short-term exhibitions, we prepare flexible and economical solutions. We focus on a quick production process and easy assembly. Graphics can be easily changed between events (e.g. interchangeable boards, printed banners) – this way even cyclical events maintain a fresh visual character.
  • Outdoor exhibitions: When organising outdoor exhibitions, we use modular structures and materials resistant to changing conditions (aluminium profiles, composites, resistant prints).

graphic design of exhibitions – benefits of professional design

  • Aesthetics and attention-grabbing: Carefully designed graphics and consistent colours increase the attractiveness of the exhibition. Visible, high-quality illustrations or photographs attract attention and encourage you to stop by the exhibition. Attention to detail (selection of background, backlighting, spaciousness) makes the presented content gain a prestigious, professional character.
  • Better organisation and readability: Clear layout of boards and legible inscriptions help visitors find information easily. Thanks to directional markings, legends or infographics, visitors move more smoothly around the exhibition. Well-planned arrangement of exhibition elements allows for efficient flow of guests and minimises organisational chaos.
  • Strengthening the image of the brand or institution: Coherent visual design of the exhibition builds a positive reception organiser. Professional graphics emphasise the identity of the museum, company or school – thanks to this, recipients associate them with high quality. The exhibition can tell the history of the institution or promote its values, which increases the involvement of visitors and builds recognition.
  • Durability and safety: The use of high-quality materials (e.g. certified composites, glass, certified plastics) guarantees that the exhibition will survive intact for the entire duration of the exhibition. We meet safety standards (unbreakable frames, fire resistance), which is especially important in public institutions. Thanks to this, exhibits and guests are always protected, and the organiser saves on potential repairs or reconstruction of exhibition elements.

The involvement of a printing house and an advertising studio can be very helpful in organising museum exhibitions. Especially if the above competences are combined by one company, such as B52. First of all, the printing house can help you print any materials related to the exhibition. With their help, you can provide aesthetic and professional promotional materials that will attract the attention of visitors. In turn, an advertising studio can help create innovative and eye-catching installations and multimedia exhibitions that will attract the attention and interest of visitors. They can help you design a visual exhibition that effectively conveys the message of the exhibition. It will also indicate printing technologies so that they best harmonise with the concept of the exhibition.

The production of exhibition graphics requires the appropriate background as well as knowledge and experience to create matching images on a variety of substrates, sometimes with graphics from different sources. Thanks to over 20 years of experience in printing, the B52 is able to cope with even the most difficult tasks.

We execute temporary and permanent exhibitions as well as artistic events. We produce display elements: cubes, display cases, walls and many more.
